Attractive but has it's flaws
I ordered this tea kettle because of the style and the color. I still like the style BUT the color didn't last. After using it a few times it began to lose it's red color and turn black. I was disappointed in it BUT my husband came up with a brillant idea. He went to the auto
store and purchased a bright red color that would endure heat. He put 3 coats on it and it looked magnificent. It looks good now BUT will need touch up every few months. But I like the look of the kettle, the whistle works, and like the way the kettle spout works too.
I don't think I would purchase it again BUT I am happy with the product after my husband made it right!
Worst teapot I have ever had.
This teapot is cheaply made and started to get burn marks on it after a few weeks. It is a waste ofoney.
cheap but get's the job done
Very cheap quality. I definitely don't think it will last long but it does boil my water. Sometimes I'm worried the pot will burn though because it's so thin.
