"New" but it was delivered with a repaired ding in the exterior enamel.
I wanted a 13 inch saute pan without a "pan handle", and with two insulated "D shaped" handles. Would have preferred stainless steel but those had only non-insulated handles.
This pan appeared to have good design and materials, but was received with a defect in the outer enamel, which had been coated with a patch of unknown material. It was returned to Amazon for replacement.
