Exactly what you need: a pan that is better than I am a cook
I already have a Wolfgang Puck Elite set with bolted on handles. This pan was a replacement for a non-stick pan I had and can't use anymore. The lid from my set fits perfectly. I like the 8" size for cooking small things to add to a bigger dish. The finish is great and they are easy to clean. The handles are bolted on and the base is heavy. It's not an All Clad but for the price it's a better pan than I am a cook.
Good Product
Slowly switching from nonstick to stainless steele. Found this at the store, very happy with it. Cooks food nice and even. Mine has a hollow metal handle which did get hot, but I like to know I can put in an oven so am fine with it. What I liked most was that clean up was easy and great compared to another larger (10")st st Calphalon pan I got. I'll pick up more of W.P.'s whenever I see it or need it.
Puck omlete pan
Great pan. Puck pans are top of the line. If you are just starting or just finishing, this product is worth the money. I would recommend it!
