Not happy
I just used this pan for the first time and the handle fell off. I tried to reconnect it and the handle was stripped so the screw would not go back in. The pan is a good size but this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed.

This pan is awesome! It's size is very impressive and the manufacturing quality is also outstanding! I've been using it for preparing a Japanese dish called "Sukiyaki" on a portable gas stove. It feels very firm on the stove, which was great, since the Sukiyaki is prepared on the dining table and everyone is allowed to stir it. Since the pan has a high-grip texture in its bottom, it really felt as if it was bonded to the stove, which was great since we felt very confident that no accident would possibly happen.
Also, we were not able to detect any kind of issue regarding its bottom (some reviews state that this pan has something like a convex bottom, which would prevent it from seating firmly on the stove).
I would definitely recommend this product!
