This would have been a good product if it did'nt stop working the second time I used it. The heating element does not stay hot, probably a short or something.

8.5 Qt. Steam Cooker
I bought this product because I needed something that would steam different things at the same time in a small space. I absolutely love this steamer. It takes a little time to figure out how to set it up properly but once you do get ready it works great! Over Christmas I steamed carrots, broccoli, and peas at the same time and everything came out perfectly! The directions that tell you how long to steam a certain veg (or whatever you want to cook) are right on. Just put water in the well, set your food on the steamer in the containers, set the digital timer and away you go! My sisters were both so impressed with this steamer that they are going to order one each this week. I've used it several times and not once have I had a problem. It has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen.
