Bodeux France 10 Piece Cookware Set

GREAT VALUE on these POTS FOR THE PRICE
~ IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THESE BEING MADE IN CHINA ~
Don't pass these by for that reason. All you need to do is turn over your fancy cuisinart pots and look at the bottom....yes....those are made in china too!

For the bucks you spend, these are nice quality tri-ply cookware. I actual favor the ergonomic handle design on these Bodeux over the classic cuisinart handles. These have polished insides with rounded corners (makes stirring easier). The 2 non-stick frying pans in this set make it a nice nice starter set for any fussy cook.

Yes it's made in China, Bodeux France it's just the name
So first to address some of the complains starting with:

"Oh it's made in China. False advertising! Blah, blah, blah"

I wonder if they are writing this from their China made electronics, while wearing their China made clothes, as they prepare to go shopping for their China made brand name accessories, and other products. I really hope these geniuses don't go buy Philadelphia cheese and expect it to be made in Philadelphia. I wonder if they're the same people that complain about Egyptian cotton sheets being from China. The name Bodeux France is a brand name, not a reference on where the item is made.

"Food gets stuck. It doesn't do what it promises to do." I hope these people realize that these pots are not advertised as non-stick, except for the non-stick. Which it worked just as advertised. Because of the material these pots are made with, and their great ability to conduct heat, I would suggest people use low to medium heat to cook. That's...

Bodeux France not what it claims
purchased Bodeux France about 1 year ago. Worked great for about 6 months, then food such as oatmeal or pasta started sticking in the pot. Works okay with lots of water, such as veggies or potatoes. I know pasta has lots of water, but a few noodles always seem to stay stuck on the bottom or sides of the pot. I will continue to use these because they are not cheap, but I would never buy Bodeau France again.
