First All Clad
We wanted a non-coated pan and after a lot of looking decided on this one. It heats evenly. Has required less oil/fat to prevent sticking than we expected; has proven easy to clean ; made in USA. There is just two of us so probably we should have bought the smaller 8 inch pan. That said, we will slowly continue to add All Clad to our kitchenware.
