non-stick broiler
The grill portion is not what I would call non-stick. I scrub and still do not get all of the residue off. Even when I oiled the grill with olive oil, it didn't wash off easily. I washed it right away, to keep it from drying on and still not successful. Non-stick is not how I would describe it. It's better than my old broiler pan, but not the wipe off clean I had hoped for. I have used it about 4 times, so far.
