Pretty good skillet
I'm a very good home cook. I bought this to replace a $160 All Clad whose non-stick surface died after 5 years.
This is a heavy skillet with even heating and a good non-stick surface. It browns evenly. My only compliant is that the handle does get hot if you use for more than say 10 minutes (frequently not done with a non-stick).
